Sand (Shot) Blasting
This
unit delivers a clean finish with steel shot and can
handle large items w/o disassembly – 60”H x 24”W x
unlimited length. It can deliver “white”, “near-white”,
“commercial” or “brush” finishes.
Electrostatic Paint Booth
Used in
conjunction with shotblaster or stand-alone, The paint
booth can handle large items (20’ W x 40’ L) w/o
disassembly, and adds to the “complete package” aspect of
fabrication (cutting, sandblasting, painting).
Coating
Capability to hot-dip finished parts in a variety of
plastic coatings and then oven-bake for final step, this
process is currently used for coating billiard ball-return
tracks. It is suitable for many niche markets or
custom applications.
