LaserQC machine ensuring a world-class quality review is
in place. LaserQC, from Virtek, is the automated
self-calibrating laser inspection system for first
article inspection, Statistical Process Control (SPC)
and reverse engineering of 2D materials. LaserQC
delivers the bottom-line benefits that help Schuler to

The
LaserQC captures over 500 data points per second to make
part inspections laser-fast, right on the shop floor.
The system can perform 100% inspections accurate to +0.002”
(0.05mm) in typical production environments. The
system will accurately scan flat parts up to 1” (25mm)
thick. For parts that exceed the scanning table
size the system will automatically merge multiple scans
into a single image.
